About Casa de Montessori

Our Montessori programs offer the children a world they can independently master their critical thinking skills and extend their knowledge through practice and repetition of various Montessori materials. Each classroom has a basic to full range of Montessori materials as recommended by CCMA, which offers the broad curriculum to allow for sequential learning.

Individualized Curriculum Plan for each child is developed so that the children can learn at their own pace to joyfully explore and discover their social skills, daily living skills, the senses, math, language, science, geography, French, music, and art.

Our Vision

Our vision is to establish an atmosphere of acceptance and trust in our classrooms. Treating each child with love and respect enables the child to trust their teachers. This relationship is the foundation of the learning process. Strong bonds are made, and many relationships are long lasting. For any great accomplishment, the foundation has to be strong, solid, and long lasting. That is the opportunity a Montessori education provides. Birth to age six is the most important time of education. It is here that the foundation is firmly established.

Our Mission

Our goal of education is to activate children’s own natural desire to learn. In order to achieve this goal, we encourage the children to choose their own activities based on their interests. Also, most of Montessori materials are self-correcting, enabling the children to work on their own mistakes without the constant correction or discouragement from another. The process is self-education, building self-confidence through competence. We want our children to love school and the process of learning. The idea that “education is not a chore, but a joyous exploration of life’s mysteries” is the most important lesson that we hope to teach our children.
